A standing order can be terminated at any time. In this case, you should go to your bank and ask to stop the execution of a standing order.

The monthly donation will not be charged in that month if there are not enough funds in your account. The collection will be carried out in the next month in which the available amount of funds in your account will be sufficient. Billing is carried out every month on the due date for the current month. If in a given month there were not enough funds in the account, then for that month no collection will be carried out at all/ at all.

Every donation is worth it. About 8000 people are involved in helping through a standing order and thus the Association enables safety and sustainability. We are focused on getting together and bringing together as many donors as possible, rather than the amount of an individual donation. So far, it has been small donations that have helped the association grow into a large organization that annually helps more than 1000 patients in treatment in Zagreb.

Legal entities, companies, crafts, etc. can also commit to monthly donations. The procedure is the same as for natural persons, and consists of signing a permanent order contract which you can do independently at your bank or you can visit us at the Association's office premises. In addition, as a company that has its employees, you can also present to them the possibility of a monthly donation that changes the lives of thousands of people undergoing treatment far from home, in Zagreb.
